Glaucoma is a slowly progressive chronic disease. Ocular imaging allows an early detection and tracing of the disease progression at micron scale. We have been using ocular imaging devices to monitor a large group of healthy and glaucoma subjects.
We are testing methods for improved detection of disease progression. We seek to identify baseline features associated with future progression and determine the relationship between structure and function progression.
